We love to come to schools (only virtually at this time given the COVID-19 situation) and inspire students, in fact the more schools the better! Geographically it does not matter to us, we can go anywhere.
 

Become a Chris Gardner Foundation 'Champion' today.' We are always looking for volunteers (a principal, teacher, parent, student, etc) to help us so that we can come to you. 

• First, we work in groups of 10 schools so we need at least 10 schools at a time to participate, the more schools the better. There is no limit on the number of schools you can arrange. For example - let's say you have 34 schools in your school district then we can work with all 34, however if you only have 6 schools then we ask the Champion to recruit 4 more schools. The Champion is in charge of making sure there is a group of at least 10 schools. 

• Once the Champion has 10 schools, we can work together to set a date and time that Mr. Gardner would be able to visit. The Champion acts as our liaison with the schools for logistics.  

• It is highly recommended that students watch the movie 'Pursuit of Happyness' before Mr. Gardner visits. The Champion would be responsible for coordinating this.

Once the form has been submitted someone from The Chris Gardner Foundation will reach out to you. Generally speaking The Foundation will work to get a sponsor to have Chris come to your school. If you have any contacts at local companies that might be interested in Sponsoring this event then that tends to work even faster.
